Study On Business Performance Of The Agricultural Listed Company Of China’s Six Central Provinces

As China’s economic development and social stability, agriculture is the foundation of our strategic industry. As a leading enterprise in agricultural enterprises, agricultural listed companies guid the development direction of other agricultural enterprises, promote the reform of our country agriculture to realize marketization and optimize China’s agricultural. At the same time, it plays an important role in solving our lack of investment in agriculture, promoting agricultural enterprises to establish a modern enterprise system and improving the international competitiveness of China’s agriculture. How to evaluate agricultural listed companies operating performance scientifically has become the research hot spot problems. This article selects 21 agricultural listed companies from the six central provinces as the research object,build the evaluation index system of operating performance. The article evaluates the operating performance of these agricultural listed companies by using factor analysis as the research method, analyes the operating result and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the six provinces in central agricultural listed companies operating performance.Firstly, this article describs the topic’s research background, significance and purposition and sums up the domestic research on agricultural listed companies operating performance. Secondly, referring to "Distribution of Listed Companies industry guidelines" published by China Securities Regulatory Commission, this article defines the definition of agricultural listed companies and interprets the enterprise operating performance of this study,and comments the characteristics and advantages of factor analysis. Thirdly, it analyes the current situation of agriculture in central six provinces listed companies from the of geographical, industry and business,and summarizes the problems of agricultural listed companies in central provinces.Forthly, according to the principles of selected indicators, this article builds financial index evaluation and establishs operating performance evaluation model by using factor analysis and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the operating performance for the six central provinces listed agricultural companies. Finally, the evaluation of the results obtained operating performance of listed agricultural companies six central provinces, proposed to increase the six central provinces listed agricultural companies operating performance measures.
