With the rapid economic development, more and more intense competition among enterprises, how to improve the internal management, has become a key way to gain a competitive advantage. The business manager is the middle of the enterprise power. The role of business managers is becoming more and more attention. In reality the work enthusiasm of managers is not high, how to improve their work enthusiasm especially through the pay has become a problem what many enterprises consider. But from the current management situation, business executives prevailing salary system is not perfect, imperfect work incentives. This seriously affected the enthusiasm of corporate managers.On the basis of combing the human resource management and compensation management theory, the research use literature research, case studies, research and other methods to analysis the status of company management remuneration system and find out the problems and the cause of the problem in the pay system and optimize pay system for company management and put forward the corresponding safeguards. The research forms five aspects: The first is introduction which describes the significance of the research background, literature review, research methods, the main content and innovation. The second is the theory outlined of management compensation system which explains the concept management, compensation, salary system, elements of the remuneration system, incentive theory including the content and process of incentive theory, several basic pay model. The third describes the overview of GBC, management personnel, remuneration structure and composition analysis, the main problems and their causes in the pay system. The fourth is the optimization of GBC company managers pay system. It describes the design ideas, basic principles, and design steps, including job setting, job analysis, job evaluation, job wages and salary structure design. The fifth is the guarantee of management salary system implementation in GBC Company.Through this study, not only effective solution to the problems that currently exist GBC company management compensation management, as well as company management remuneration reform GBC provides a more comprehensive, science-based solutions. To improve the management of remuneration system, improve enterprise management performance provides reference and reference.
