Performance Management is the chief of a company's HRM, can change the strategy into realisable aims in the days' work, is the basic key to realize the company's strategy. And, Performmance Assessment is the significance and difficulty in Performance Management, the perfect performance assessment system can not only realize performace aims and promote overall power competing with other companies, and also help to proach to the overall strategy. Thus, bulding a perfect performance assessment system is the chief of a company's management.This essay chooses ZTYY as this research's objective. Bsed on the current situation of the operation management, this essay design ZTYY Middle-level Managers Performance Assessment System, to surve the questions and difficulties, to survive and assess the middle-level managers. Firstly, this essay does some research and generation about the performance, performance assessment and some relevant theories; Secondly, using the survey investigation method, negotiation method and document analysis method describes the current situation of the ZTYY's performance assessment system, analyzes and points out some problems in this system, also proceeds the thorough analysis of the root cause to the problems; Thirdly, the methods cluding KPI, MBO, BEI and AHP are mainly applied to design the performance assessment system of ZTYY, basing on somes factors like the principle and target of the performance assessment system, the confirmation of the assessment parameters, the clarification of parameter assessment standard, the design of the parameter ratio and the choose of the assessment main forces of this system, etc.; At last, many application methods for the designed performance assessment system are raised.This essay using this tool is to inspire their activities, raise the efficiency and profit of ZTYY. Further more, it will provide other ordnance companies the good result, researching thoughts and method to enhance the middle-level Managers Performance Assessment System.
