A new revolution in progress of the world economy is coming, under the influence of the rapid development in the information process, consumer concept of change. Traditional manufacturing alone provide tangible products and after-sales service, has gradually unable to meet the individual needs of clients growing. Under the background of economic globalization, the rapid development of China’s economy after entering the new normal economic development, China’s manufacturing industry is facing industrial upgrading,industrial restructuring, globalization, and other aspects of the grim situation. Service and manufacturing industries are gradually fused into a new form of the current economic and ecological economy. In this paper, service marketing point of view, to FTLW Heavy Industries, for example, on the following aspects of the study and propose innovative in terms of theory and practice.1.By referring to the study of literature, sorted out service, service marketing, service quality, customer satisfaction, service-oriented manufacturing and other related theories, as the theoretical basis for this study.2.Through the development of domestic machinery business environment studies,respectively, in macro and micro perspective discusses the impact of environment on enterprise development. With economic development, the rapid rise of the information industry, commerce, finance, consulting and other industries, the traditional manufacturing industries with new opportunities and challenges; the relaxation of monetary policy,interest rate policy has become a new breakthrough, the central bank announced the cut financial institutions RMB the benchmark lending rate, while promoting market-oriented interest rate reform, interest rate cycle turned, companies will thus reduce the financial cost or balance sheet effect will be improved; my country "along the way" construction;proposed by the German industry 4.0 the concept of focus the information that the Internet technology and traditional manufacturing industries combined 4.0 era will not only communication between people, will form a digital interconnection between mechanical,information exchange.3.By summing up the status quo for services marketing analysis, evaluation of thestatus quo of customer satisfaction, identify problems and shortcomings in the service business marketing, including product homogeneity, service homogenization problems in the financial services and the impact of customer analysis of the reasons for satisfaction,there is no problem with the system, such as service marketing system specification.4.China’s machinery manufacturing enterprises to service into products in the manufacturing enterprise restructuring services to manufacturing companies with innovative ideas, will be applied to machinery manufacturing enterprises based on customer satisfaction with the quality of service, in order to improve business service marketing level. Service-oriented manufacturing enterprises is the purpose of the company’s products based on the platform, extending to service areas, will feature a collection of more than one, to provide more value-added services.
