In recent years,along with the continuous increase of economy in our country,the improving of the comprehensive national strength,in the era of globalization,our country in various fields has been at the forefront of the world's advanced technology in the field of high speed rail,I mastered the advanced production and processing technology of manufacturing,which has become one of the best in the field.It has been an important business card in our country,and it has brought our country's high-speed rail technology to the whole world when implementing One Belt And One Road policy.The development of China's high-speed railway technology represents the upgrading of today's Chinese industry from "manufacturing" to "creation".At home,our country has built a high-speed railway station,crisscroping and crisscroding to form a large transportation network with complete functions and basic implementation options.At the same time,as a manufacturing enterprise of railway construction products,we should have a deep understanding,which is both an opportunity and a challenge.Therefore,how to better improve the service quality of enterprises,thus improving the competitiveness of enterprises will be an urgent problem to be solved at this stage.With the continuous development of global economy,more and more scholars began to how to improve the quality of enterprise research in this field,and many achievements have been made,can better development for the enterprise provides a more adequate theoretical basis.Development of enterprise depends on the quality of service,only the continuous development and innovation,constantly improve product quality and service quality,to meet the needs of more customers,to win more customers trust.The core competitiveness of the company will be greatly improved so as to achieve steady development in the competitive market environment.In management,enterprises tend to use a lot of management and design management,such as human resource management and service management.In the development of enterprises,only the management of all aspects should be paid attention to,and the reform will be deepened to various departments,so as to obtain more development space for enterprises.This article first summarizes the part about the internal service quality related theory at home and abroad,and from internal customers as well as the service quality and service marketing,customer satisfaction,and other aspects of enterprise internal and external service quality had a clearer definition,internal service quality and analyzed the direct relationship between the development of enterprise.Secondly,based on the status quo of ZTSJ supplies company internal service quality as well as the existence of a series of problems on the basis of the comparison system of comprehensive analysis,and through to the present situation of the internal service quality,trying to find out ZTSJ supplies company what are the internal service quality problems.Thirdly,by analyzing the problems of internal service quality of ZTSJ materials company,the factors affecting the internal service quality of ZTSJ materials company are analyzed.According to the problems existing in the enterprise to further analyze the causes of related problems,and how to more efficiently improve the internal service quality to provide some effective solutions to provide more support.Finally,in the ZTSJ supplies company,under the guidance of internal service quality improvement way,according to some existing situations and deep analyzed further,which in the enterprise organization structure and enterprise culture,the related incentive mechanism,enterprise staff quality,internal service system are put forward on such aspects as the related effective improving measures to change the status quo.Based on ZTSJ supplies companies as samples,this paper analyses the deficiency of the internal service quality,summarizes the ZTSJ supplies company way of improving internal service quality,based on this,puts forward the relevant measures to improve the quality of internal management and the train of thought,which can better development for the enterprise,can be in the market competition pressure under the big background environment of living provides more security management.In this paper,after a long investigation and study,and investigates the relevant field for the enterprise to fully understand the development of enterprise and enterprise at present internal service quality related information,and on this basis,put forward a series of optimization measures,to help its development.
