In recent years, with the rapid development of our economy, the issue of agriculture is also concerned by the society. As the core of farmers, farmers also received the attention of the parties. How to increase farmers’ income, become our country present stage, agriculture key part, from China for ten consecutive years released the about agriculture, rural areas and farmers a document can see that the Chinese government attaches great importance to the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. In our country, the number of farmers is numerous, accounted for the proportion of the total population of larger, but due to many reasons, farmers’ income growth slowly and the income gap between urban and rural areas is increasing, how to increase the income of peasants became the problem we urgently need to think about. In this context, through field survey of S village in Luquan to study the problem of farmers’ income.This paper adopts the method of empirical research, using the data of survey, analyzes the income of S village now, and discusses the factors that restrict the growth of farmer’s income in S village. Through a careful study of the s village, the situation of agricultural development and the village villagers’ income level, under the current situation of farmers’ income were in-depth analysis, explore constraints to improve the fundamental factors for the income of the farmers, and puts forward the countermeasures to increase the income of farmers in the s Village. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the research background, the domestic and foreign research situation, the research mentality, the research method and the related theory foundation; The second part introduces the agricultural basic situation of S village, and classifies the income of S village; The third part according to the data from field investigation of s village farmers farming and left behind decisions and influencing factors of migrant workers, the fourth part in view of the problems in the research and development, of the s village farmers problem of income put forward countermeasures and suggestions; The fourth part is about the problem of the development of the research, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the increase of the S villageThe results show that: the income of the S village has the problem of large gap between urban and rural income, the low level of farmers income, the slow growth and the low planting enthusiasm. Through the analysis of the main factors affecting the income of the farmers, arable land, planting structure, production will, their quality and other factors have an impact on the income of the farmers. This paper suggests that the problem of increasing the income of farmers from the aspects of improving land circulation, stabilizing agricultural production, developing township enterprises, optimizing the industrial development and improving the quality of the villagers.
