Reseach On The Problem Of Income Increase Effect In Li Ying Village Of Luan Nan Country To Develop Characteristic Agriculture For Farmers

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. To solved the problems which farmers concerned about agriculture, rural areas and farmers and to promote the farmers’income to get rich, is an important task of modernization construction of our country. The development of characteristic agriculture economy and optimizing the industrial structure and increasing the farmers’income is the only way to build the new rural construction and to realize the common prosperity and to build a well-off society is a new period. At the present, the weak foundation of our country’s agriculture need to strengthen; the behind development of rural economy still need the most support; the low income of farmers need to accelerate. Therefore, the report of the party’s18clearly put forward the core of agriculture rural work is that should start from the present situation of our country agriculture development to develop the characteristic industry and promote the farmers’income to get rich. This article mainly discussed from the five parts of related problems with development of characteristic agricultural to promote farmers’income effect:The first part, this paper mainly introduced the theories about the characteristic agriculture and increasing farmers’income and it said that the necessity of developing characteristic agriculture and the factors that affect farmers’income and the relationship between the characteristic agriculture and farmers’income.The second part, it enumerates and introduces several economic development model of Luan Nan county overall economic development of Tangshan in Hebe province, which has some effect to develop the county economy and increase the farmers’ income.The third part, The development of green ecological vegetables is mainly characteristic agriculture pattern of Luan Nan county, He Be province Li Ying village as a case, has carried on the questionnaire investigation and study, analysis the development of the village of characteristic agriculture and peasants’income effect and existing problems.The fourth part, For Li Ying village, some problems exist in the process of developing characteristic agriculture, I put forward the better development of the village of characteristic agriculture, increase farmers’income of proposed measures such as trademark registration and the brand strategy; The special rural areas strategy; Developing the tourism agriculture,and so on.The last part, According to this theory with the practice of research and analysis, I draw some conclusions and prospect about the topic:it is necessity trend for modern agriculture to develop the characteristic agriculture to realize the farmers’income.the future of development is bright, but the road has many twists and turns, it is unavoidable to appear some negative effects and problems in the process of the characteristic agriculture, but the foundation of the agriculture in the nation may not be shaken, the farmers are always the main force of the socialist economic construction, so our country should put forward the related favorable policies to arouse the farmers’enthusiasm to develop characteristic agriculture economy, and establish guarantee mechanism to withstand market risks to achieve maximum economic efficiency of agricultural products to increase farmers’income, let farmers share the great achievements of agricultural reform and build a harmonious well-off society.
