The Study About The Affection On The Enterprise Incubator In The Xi’an High And New Zone Science To The Finance Capabilities Of The Enterprises

Technology business incubator is an agency which provides policy support and related services for Technological SMEs to improve corporate finance capabilities and promoting their success. Technology business incubator is a bridge that connects between origins and industrialization of high-tech innovation, which efficiently integrates technology resources to develop their talents to flourish and rapid transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and play an important role on the innovation and development. Among them, the financing is one of the important functions of the technology business incubator, which is the most important part of the technology business incubator development. It has an important implication for incubating enterprises grow.This paper includes: defines the concept of sci-tech enterprise incubators and high-tech enterprises. Systematically analyze the theory of financing for incubator services. Then the paper elaborates the present situation of hatching the enterprise financing and technology enterprise incubators movement, as well as explains the existence question to the Xi’an High and new zone Science. The paper analyzes the financing factors and explain these factors how to improve the capabilities of enterprises financing. These factors such as: hatch funds, the scale of incubator the nature of incubator, macroeconomic environment, incubator management personnel inputs, and enterprise with room ratios. Last obtained the paper of research conclusions: hatch funds and incubator of scale has significant influence on financing capacity of the hatching enterprise; Nature of the incubator, incubator of the macroeconomic environment,enterprise with room ratios also affects the incubator in the ability to raise capital, but the affection is not obvious; incubator managers investment also has a significant positive impact; Finally, based on the conclusions of this paper, we suggests some strategies improve the direction of incubator development, so as to improve service level of incubators financing proposals.
