Economic Analysis Of Technology Business Incubator Governance

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the incubator of science and technology enterprises has achieved rapid development in the world,and the innovation incubation industry has never been more prosperous.In the late 1980 s,China established a high-tech entrepreneurship center relying on the national conditions.Meanwhile,the academia also started the research on technology business incubator.It is mainly apply to that study on the management of the incubation of sci-tech enterprises in economic theory and management theory.As a new type of economic organization,technology business incubator can effectively reduce transaction costs and provide efficient institutional arrangement for economic subjects in the market.However,there are many problems in the development of science and technology business incubator,such as the adverse selection problem caused by information asymmetry,the lack of innovation power of the incubated enterprises,the structural contradiction of financing,the lack of rational decision-making by the technology business incubator and the insufficient policy supply of the government,etc.,which reduces the incubation quality of incubated enterprises and restricts the development of technology business incubator.The author holds that the technology business incubator governance is a market coordination process that governs the dynamic game of the main body and the common governance of stakeholders.In this paper,the science and technology business incubator has carried on the induction and classification of stakeholders,key to select the hatching enterprise,science and technology business incubators,governments,universities and research institutes,venture capital institutions,intermediaries the six more typical governance body,build the support includes core layer and layer of science and technology business incubators governance structure,and so on the economic analysis on the core governance and support layer management of economic analysis.In this article,we've been able to analyze the characteristics of the technology incubator and the characteristics of the incubation of the technology incubator,and the second floor structure of the technology incubator.On this basis,from two aspects of governance behaviormechanism and perfect the governance behavior,at the core of the governance,governance and scientific and technological enterprise incubators,and a support layer of government governance,universities and research institutes governance,risk investment institutions and agencies to manage a detailed theoretical analysis,game together stakeholders highlights science and technology business incubators,governance,core layer and the support layer of interaction between governance characteristics.As the exploration and research has deepened,the governance of our technology business incubator has been perfected,and it has been developed in a market-oriented way.I hope that the theoretical analysis of this paper will provide a fully viable theoretical guidance for all stakeholders,and rely on collaborative governance of the innovation of the technology incubator,to provide a better example of the governance activities of all subjects.
