Research On The Promoting Strategies Of New Urbanization In Zhang Jiakou

New urbanization construction is a powerful carrier of realizing the goal of a comprehensively well-off society as well as an important opportunity of improving the good development and common prosperity of urban-rural relationship. At the time when the construction is comprehensively undergoing, therefore, the question of how to finish the task in high quality and high efficiency has been the major topic concerned and researched by people. This paper chooses the city of Zhang Jiakou with its own characteristics as the study area and conducts the countermeasure research of new urbanization construction, which elaborately serves the Hebei Province and nationwide.Under the guidance of Marx’s rural urbanization theory and related theories, with the reference of research results from domestic and abroad and by means of empirical analysis,literature review and comparative study, the paper summarizes the present situations and achievements in the construction of new urbanization in Zhang Jiakou. Moreover, by spot investigations in governments in all levels, relevant departments and representative districts and counties, the paper concludes: significant changes have taken place in urban and rural areas; people’s well-being has been ameliorated; opening to the outside world has been upgraded; environment has been remarkably improved. The paper also illustrates the innovative measures undertook in Tianjin and Chengdu and summarizes the mode of each city, which provides the successful experience. Nevertheless, severe problems existed hinder the process in Zhang Jiakou. For example: large proportion of mountainous areas;uneven development in regions; weak industry development and low involvement of the masses. The achieved fruits should be kept and perfected while the existed problems will be dealt with. Considering the practical situations in Zhang Jiakou and the theories related,and from the aspects of making reasonable plans and drafting development goals,perfecting urban functions and promoting urban grade, further promoting industrial restructure and continuously enhancing the participation and initiative of the masses, the paper tries to propose some advices for the construction in the city.The innovations in the paper are: though there are many researches in urbanization construction, almost all of them focus on one certain side. The paper, based on the 18 th national congress of CPC, tries to perform a systematic and comprehensive research on new urbanization with the city of Zhang Jiakou being the breakthrough point. With the opportunity of the Party’s mass line education practice, the paper poses references andadvices for new urbanization in Zhang Jiakou by going deep among the masses to know their urgent problems, undergoing pertinent construction and fully integrated the theory and practice.
