Along with our country's reformation and opening-up and modernization drive, China's GDP gross continuously improve, the people's economic conditions and living standards have also reached a new level. Our urbanization rate was 53.73 percent in 2013, it has reached the level of moderately developed countries, the infrastructure investment has been increasing year by year, the total amount of infrastructure in transportation, energy, power, communications what can promote the accumulation of urban and rural economic has developed. However, the urban and rural dual structure is still very obvious. On the Politburo on the integration of urban and rural development and improve the institutional mechanisms of collective learning in the twenty-second in 2015, Xi Jinping stressed that achieving the goal of urban and rural development integration, and gradually realize the basic rights of equality of urban and rural public service equalization, equalization of urban and rural residents' income, urban and rural elements of the configuration rationalization and industrial integration of the development.Following eighteen, eighteen after the Third Plenary Session would shrink urban-rural differences again in the national strategic, and narrowing the differences between town and country has a long way to go.In this paper, we comb a large number of research literature and we use urbanization rate, infrastructure investment and urban- rural differences as the breakthrough point to study the interaction, and clear the purpose of this study and research methods, then according to certain technical route to carry out this research. Firstly, we define the rate of urbanization, infrastructure investment and urban-rural divide and then define the concept of the theory are reviewed for this article discussing from both sides of the urbanization rate, the difference between urban and rural infrastructure investment to explore the impact of the mechanism and indicating that the three contact are closely related. Then, we evaluate the data about the level of China's urbanization rate and the overall level of investment in infrastructure as well as to the different regions. Focus on the differences between urban and rural areas was calculated, the index system of the difference between urban and rural areas has been constructed with three criteria layer, and ten index layer, using principal component analysis and hierarchical analysis method of combining standardized data processing. The overall level of China's urban and rural differences were analyzed from 1993 to 2013, rural-urban differences in different provinces of the situation in2013 the region will be horizontal comparison. Finally, we constructed VAR model and used Eviews6.0 with ADF test, Cointegration analysis, Granger causality analysis, Impulse response analysis and variance decomposition to analysis the rate of urbanization, infrastructure investment and the interaction between urban-rural differences from1993 to 2013 of china andputting forward countermeasures and suggestions. Conclusions show that China's urbanization rate is increasing year by year; Although infrastructure investment year by year from 1993 to 2013 except some individual years; Both of them present from high to low in the East-Center-West; Changes of our country's differences between urban and rural areas present obvious stage characteristics, first reduced, then increased, and narrow, and also along the lines of the East-Center-West geographic division presents from high to low changes, Guangdong is an exception; The presence of long-run equilibrium relationship between the three, the urbanization rate to narrow the urban-rural divide motivational has phased, beginning with a negative effect in the later showed a positive effect and stabilize the level of infrastructure investment on narrowing the differences between urban and rural areas beginning having a positive effect, the medium-term negative effects, post a positive effect; the difference between urban and rural areas have the cumulative effect of narrowing; Advice from three aspects to narrow the urban-rural divide countermeasures based on analysis results.
