In recent years, with the development of economy, development trend of hotel service industry is also very fast. Hotel industry belongs to the labor-intensive industry, it not only has the industry’s own characteristics, and products provided also have particularity.Products that the hotel industry mainly provides are service, and customer satisfaction also largely depends on how well employees provide services. Therefore, with the increasing competition in the hotel industry, the competition focus gradually focuses on human resources, and talent competition has become the focus of industry competition.However, an objective reality that the hotel industry faces is high rate of talent turnover, which not only causes a loss of industry competitiveness, but also creates the increased cost of recruiting and training staff on the hospitality industry. That problem greatly reduces the industry economic benefits. Therefore, a study on the hotel employee satisfaction will help to understand the actual situation of job satisfaction. On this basis of it, it can put forward some related countermeasures, which will help to improve the employee satisfaction, making them provide better services to customers, and create more economic benefits for the enterprise as well. In addition, it also can help enterprise reduce the employee turnover rate, the cost of investment in the human resources, so that make it stands out from the fierce competition.The article adopts qualitative research and quantitative research. The main research methods include literature study, interview analysis, questionnaire survey and empirical research. Among those, the empirical research is the core of all research methods. The research projects are star-level hotels, mainly about three-star, four star and five star hotels,conducting the questionnaire survey to them respectively. Then, on the basis of the data that obtained from questionnaire survey to do the quantitative analysis, so that to compare different situation of employee satisfaction of star hotel, and find out the key influencingfactors.The full text includes the following several parts: the first part is introduction, mainly introduced the research background, research significance, research content and framework,research methods and technical route, points of innovation of this article; The second part is literature review and theoretical basis, which combed the domestic and foreign research results about the definition, theoretical basis, influencing factors and the evaluation methods of employee satisfaction; The third part is construction of assessment model to employee satisfaction in hotel, which is mainly on the basis of literature study, expert consultation and interview, combining with uniqueness of hotel employees satisfaction, to determine influencing factors of employee satisfaction in hotel and their connection. In addition, this part introduces the analysis model and method of survey data in the article;the fourth part is the empirical analysis to employee satisfaction in hotel. This part describes questionnaire design that on the basis of hierarchy system of influencing factors,an overview of research, statistics and analysis of satisfaction survey data, effectiveness inspection of the survey data, grey relational analysis to the data and satisfaction evaluation conclusion; The fifth part is the measures and suggestions to improve employee satisfaction in the hotel industry, which mainly depends on the evaluation conclusion and field investigation results; the last part affirms the theoretical and practical value of the article, summarizes the deficiency of this study and some future research prospects.
