The company needs strong human resources as a support to realize the sustainable development of the company.It can be said that the human resources of the company are very important resources in the company's organization.The success of the company's development and the excellent performance of the employees are the key factors.But in the course of the actual operation of the company,even the excellent employees can not guarantee the best work performance at the moment.How can the employees play more outstanding achievements in their work,improve efficiency,increase cohesiveness and have stronger productivity,which must be studied in the business process.The subject.In essence,satisfaction with work is an objective feeling and attitude of employees on work.The higher the employee's satisfaction with the job,the employees keep a positive attitude to the work.On the other hand,the employee has a negative attitude towards the job.With the continuous improvement of the management level of the company,the management organization is becoming more and more perfect,and the company culture has also incorporated the satisfaction of the staff into an indispensable part of the corporate culture.However,because of the different development experience of each company,different industries,different organizational behavior,and each company's evaluation focus on the satisfaction of employees is different,so there is no single theory as guidance in the practice of employee satisfaction.Therefore,the analysis of employee satisfaction should combine the analysis theory with the reality of the company,fully consider the characteristics of the company employees,so that the satisfaction of the employees can be improved with practical guidance.As the research object of this paper,Shanghai Rui cosmetic Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Rui"),is a well-known Brand Company in the field of cosmetics design,production and sales,and has a good cooperative relationship with international famous cosmetics brands.In recent years,due to the non standard management,the lack of effective staff incentives and incentive mechanisms,the satisfaction of employees to a certain extent,resulting in the decline of the company's production path,resulting in the bottleneck of the development of the company.Because of the lack of employees lack of enthusiasm and initiative to work,the company is difficult to attract and retain high-end talent,staff turnover has always been high.At present,the main way to stay in Shanghai is to give the company's core business talents a higher job promotion and raise salary,but this method has not played a good incentive effect,but also increased the company's cost of employment.This paper is mainly based on the status of the research on employee satisfaction theory at home and abroad,using a more mature method and model of employee satisfaction survey and analysis,and formulating the survey method of employee satisfaction in accordance with the reality of Shanghai Rui company,through interview,questionnaire and data analysis,so as to obtain employee satisfaction.The result of degree analysis.Through the analysis of the various dimensions of employee satisfaction,the key crux of the employee satisfaction is found.At the same time,through the structure of this employee satisfaction survey and research,the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward to the employees of different categories of the company,in order to improve the satisfaction of Shanghai Rui employees and improve the employees' work.The enthusiasm and initiative of the company can enhance the attractiveness of the company and retain talents,so as to achieve the purpose of motivating employees.Finally,the company's productivity will be improved to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company.
