After separating business from government and power plants from power grids, the reform of the electric power system stopped. Yet the structure of market coal and planned electricity has made the survival environment of the power plants become much worse than the power grids. In 2010, all the country’s thermal power enterprises were loss. And so was ZQ Co.. Over 10 years, it met the worst predicament. In this crisis, there were many objective factors that the firms couldn’t resist and also many reasons of the weakness of the firms. How to raise the thermal power enterprises’ performance is a problem that the leaders of the corporations want to solve.There are many ways to improve the performance of the enterprises. For leaders, it’s easier to find the macroscopic factors of impacting enterprises’ performance. They ignore microcosmic factors, for example, the employees’ well-being. Employee is the smallest until of the enterprise. In the firm, employees’ feeling partly reflects the production and operation activities of the enterprise. This study discusses the impact of the employees’well-being on the enterprises’ performance based on the case of ZQ Co.. Starting from employees’ well-being, we study the impact of employees’ well-being on the performance of the enterprises. We provide new way to raise the enterprises’ performance for the leaders of the thermal power enterprises. It also conforms to corporate culture and management of people oriented of ZQ Co..This study has 4 parts. In the first part, there is the overview about the well-being and performance of both domestic and foreign. In the research of modern well-being, well-being has subjective well-being, psychological well-being and social well-being. The performance has personal performance and enterprise performance. In the second part, combining the content that we study, we structure research model and put forward research hypotheses. The third part is the design of questionnaire. Referring to the similar questions in the literature, the questions of this questionnaire were chosen by combing with the reality of ZQ Co.. In the last part, we collected paper which we sent out. We use SPSS 22.0 to analyze the data of the questionnaire by validity analysis, reliability analysis, and difference test of the single factor, correlation analysis and regression analysis.According to study and analysis, here are conclusions:(1) Well-being has the positive influence on personal performance.(2) Well-being has the positive influence on enterprise performance.(3) Personal performance has the positive influence on enterprise performance.At the end of this study, for the leaders of ZQ Co. who want to raise the enterprise performance, we also give some suggestions from the degree of well-being. Firstly, the leaders of the firm should take the employees’ well-being seriously and gradually improve their well-being and make them feel at home in ZQ Co.. As result, the employees work passively into initiatively. Secondly, for the purpose of improving enterprise performance, we can raise personal performance by enhancing the well-being of employees.
