With the continuous development of mobile communications business, China mobile banking gradually stepped into the stage of growth. At present, China’s rapid economic development, financial institutions management mode need to adjust, the acceleration of financial market, more and more fierce competition, all of this for the reform of the bank management and business innovation put forward a new challenge. Mobile banking with unique features, for the daily life of people brings different feeling, therefore, mobile banking market has become a new profit growth point of the banking industry.All banks in the continuous improvement and innovation of mobile phone banking, for one of the four major state-owned banks of the Agricultural Bank of China, how to talent showing itself in the fierce competitive environment, how the commercial Banks from the traditional to the modern information-based transformation of commercial Banks, how to continue to extend the development of mobile Phone Banking Based on Internet banking development, is worth our further thinking.In view of the agricultural bank of China, this paper first introduces the ABC of the development of mobile banking, and analyze the current situation of the development, tentatively puts forward the factors affecting the development of the agricultural bank of China mobile banking, including their own capabilities, in the same industry competitors, the Banks themselves and the customers and market in four aspects. The focus of this article is to design the questionnaire, using the method of random sampling, the agricultural bank of China, Hefei mobile banking development in empirical analysis, from mobile banking recognition, mobile use behavior analysis, use of the agricultural bank of China mobile banking, three aspects of investigation and study, and finally on the basis of the results of the survey targeted put forward a series of policy Suggestions, expectations for the agricultural bank of China put forward constructive Suggestions to the development of mobile phone bank to increase agricultural bank mobile banking market share,and improve customer satisfaction.Based on the study, reading theories and literature, questionnaire design conforms to the purpose of the study, in view of the realistic development of Agricultural Bank Chinese mobile phone bank, it puts forward some suggestions to promote the positive development of business from the three levels of customer strategy, product strategy, marketing strategy. Although the process in the investigation and study, finds out many problems, but the Agricultural Bank of Chinese mobile phone banking business development momentum is good, through in-depth reform and innovation, and actively respond to the challenges brought by changes in the external environment, believe that the Agricultural Bank of China will make greater achievements, and eventually realize the goal of enterprise’s development.
