Research On The Growth Factors Of The Technical Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Of Tianjin

With the development of technology,the technical small and medium-sized enterprises (technical SMEs) based on technology have become an important driving force for global economic development.As a developing country,China should focus on the development of technical SMEs which have strong innovation power, big development potential and high operation efficiency. As the economic center of the North,Tianjin has rooted the technology innovation with real economy as core and key. Tianjin has used the "overwhelming" tendency to develop technical SMEs and focus on building "indomitable spirit " giant enterprises.At the same time,making unique "killer" products to explore domestic and foreign markets.However,behind the development, the technical SMEs still face a lot of problems,resulting in some enterprises trouble with low management efficiency,bad economic benefit and weak competitive advantage. Based on such background,this paper has studied the growth factors of the technical SMEs of Tianjin by means of using the empirical research method.At first,this paper defines the concept and growth characteristics of the technical SMEs. At the same time,this paper summarizes related enterprise lifecycle theory and enterprise growth theory,which has laid a solid theoretical base for this paper.Secondly,after analysising the development status and existing problems of the technical SMEs of Tianjin,this paper proposed 9 growth characteristics of the technical SMEs from inside and outside.These growth characteristics include 6 internal influencing factors and 3 external support factors. A corresponding growth factor index system is established to set up the hypothesis set of the following empirical analysis.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the growth factors of the technical SMEs of Tianjin, factor analysis was performed by the 98 questionnaires of representative enterprises.According to the importance of the factor,this paper summarized innovation factor,financial factor, external support factor, production and operation factor, marketing management factor,human resource management factor and strategy factor.Through correlation analysis,this paper obtained the relationship between enterprise growth and 27 growth factors,this analysis can test the hypothesis.Finally, according to the above analysis of enterprise growth theory,the development status and existing problems of the technical SMEs of Tianjin and the conclusion of empirical study,this paper proposed guarantee system from inside and outside,which starting from the different angle of enterprises and government and relevant departments.Besides,a typical case was analyzed.
