At the same time, the population flow of increasingly frequent and promote the sustainable development of tourism in the whole industry chain. According to the national bureau of statistics data show that during 2008 to 2013, the annual growth rate of no less than 12.59% of our country’s tourism revenue."Twelfth five-year" period, the state issued many relevant policies and measures to promote the development of tourism industry, designed to support and promote the development of tourism science and transformation and upgrading, to develop tourism into a from life, serve the public, improve people’s spiritual enjoyment and can improve the income of industry at the same time. A good policy environment for the healthy development of the tourism industry and upgrading is of great significance to our country tourism industry.The development of tourism has a great role on the social development, but the limiting factor of tourism is overmuch, such as national policy, the natural environmental change. And tourism industry itself is a whole industry, so the risk of potential of tourism has a lot of, a lot of travel companies in order to alleviate this contradiction, the implementation of diversified development pattern, for example by adopting the way of merger, acquisition and reorganization, capital operation into the IT product sales and technical services, real estate, and many other areas, but the risk of enterprise will bear into a new industry and business integration risk, and may make the enterprise development to lose focus.This paper will be in BJ company as an example, through the method of case study company strategic transformation effect on performance. This article first from the management status quo of BJ company, according to the motive of strategic transformation and theory, put forward the necessity of strategic transformation. Secondly, analysis from the present situation of transition target direction of validation is correct. Finally, combined with the situation and the implementation of strategic transformation of BJ company combined with the analysis of the influence of the performance, so as to come to the conclusion.
