Currently, the market competition and changes is becoming more and more intensified. The core of international competition is turn the focus to technical content and technical innovation abilities increasingly. Technology is playing the most important role to maintain the competitive advantage of multinational enterprises, and at the same time, the operation of multinational enterprises in the different areas of the world also promote the technologist exchanging and development in the global. The key technical talents as the mobile elements to keep enterprise’s innovation and technical advantages, its competition is becoming fierce day by day. How to effectively manage the technical staff, how to know more about the technical staff’s, especially our key technical staff’s satisfaction and build up the favorable staff turnover system. Which is all the important issue need to be emphasized and be paid more attention by enterprises.Key technical talents hold the core technology of company and take the role of company’s key technical positions. They are the scare human capital and indispensable wealth of enterprises. By the way, the employee satisfaction has the important effort on the working efficiency and individual performance. It is our starting point of key technical staff management.In this paper, the writer take the typical multinational energy company A as example. Through the investigation on the key technical staff’s satisfaction and carries on the statistics to analyze current status of employee satisfaction. Base on the data statistics to explore the key factors which influenced key technical staff’s general satisfaction and find out the ares of management need to be improved. Then, further put forward the reasonable and effective incentive countermeasures and suggestions from human resources wise, in order to reduce and prevent the loss of technical key talents.Preventing the risk of human resources and to maintain the core competitiveness and innovation ability of the enterprise. The research is has the reality significance.
