With the rapid integration of world economy, Chinese enterprises are facing more competition home and abroad, meanwhile market environment will be more severe and challenges will be more in foreign countries. Employees are the creators of profits, so we should mobilize their work enthusiasm and improve their satisfaction level to establish and maintain the competitive advantage in foreign markets. Thus, how to improve overseas employees’satisfaction level has become an important topic concerned by enterprises and employees.Firstly, this thesis elaborates employee satisfaction of the relevant literature and theory, focuses on the analysis of the influence of individual characteristics on employee satisfaction level, and introduces overseas employees and their management in multinational enterprises. Then this paper introduces Z company project in Brazil and overseas employee profiles, and put forward three major problems of its overseas employee management through interview:lack of scientific personnel select system, effective training, sustained and effective performance assessment, cares for their family and career development planning guidance.Based on current situation, this paper designs an employee satisfaction measurement to measure overseas employee satisfaction level of Z company, and deeply studies the difference of overseas employees in groups according to the individual characteristics. Finally, this paper puts forward the improvement of Z Company overseas employee satisfaction level in a series of recommendations, including establishing a scientific overseas personnel selection system, implementing system training strategy, creating income and performance appraisal system based on the target, introducing career management, enriching overseas work content and caring more for employees etc.. The research results have certain practical significance to improve Z company overseas employee satisfaction level. At the same time, the research results also have certain reference function for further study of overseas employee satisfaction level of Chinese enterprises.
