The Comprehensive Evaluation And Research Of The Information Industry In Sichuan Province

Global information technology trends show that in the 21 st century world economy a new growth point for the information industry. It is a measure of a country’s economic performance tends to concentrate developed. Third Plenary Session of the eighth national leadership also clearly transformation and upgrading of China’s economy has entered a phase, focused on the information industry is a major component of the strategic emerging industries, but also the country in the coming years focus on the development objects. While stressing the information industry is innovative, and other characteristics of the driving force for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries play a decisive role in stimulating economic growth also plays an important role. Therefore, this paper targeted in depth study of some problems in the development of information industry in Sichuan province, and put forward to accelerate the development of information industry in Sichuan province, countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.This text is part of a total of six chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the definition and concept of information industry. This part first carries on the elaboration to the concept of information industry, and then classified according to the National Bureau of statistics, the national industry classification and Chinese input-output table of three departments classification standard of Information industry is defined, taking into account the statistical caliber information industry development, so this paper adopts the narrow sense definition of information industry, according to different research purposes will be information industry using two kinds of classification.The second chapter expounds the development of Sichuan province, the construction of evaluation index system of information industry. This part of the information industry index system measuring method of reference at home and abroad, according to the actual situation of Sichuan province, the information industry, the formulation of the statistical index system of Sichuan province informa- tion industry. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to implement its index system.The third chapter analyzes the information industry development level of Sichuan province. Analysis of the development of the first part of Sichuan province on the electronic information industry, software industry and telecommunication service industry, Sichuan province, found that information industry development is rapidder, Sichuan province on the contribution rate of economic growth is also rising. And then compared, with 30 provinces and autonomous regions nationwide concluded: was better than that in other area of information industry development in eastern area of Sichuan province; development of western information industry leading the rest, but the communication level is not high.The fourth chapter is the analysis of contribution of information industry on the economic development of Sichuan province. This part mainly take "static dynamic" Sichuan province, the relationship between information industry and economic analysis of two morphological. In this part, according to the existing information industry problems in the development of Sichuan province, targeted respectively, and gives some suggestions to the electronic information products manufacturing industry of Sichuan province, the software industry and telecommunication service industry healthy development.In a word, Sichuan province in recent years, the information industry development is rapidder, whether electronic information manufacturing industry and software industry has maintained high speed growth, but also exposed a series of problems, such as less demand on information industry of agriculture, agricultural utilization degree of information products is too low, agricultural development is backward; communication level is weak, lagged behind the development of the electronic information industry and software industry and so on, how healthy, coordinated development of the information industry will be the future of Sichuan province government priorities.
