Study On Internal Control Of Company A

In recent several years, overseas and domestic academic paid more attention to the internal control theory, and issued a series of regulations and guidance which focus on establishment and improvement of internal control. Company A was a wholly owned foreign enterprises(WOFE) focused on rope manufacturing. Considering some weakness existed in the process of Company A’s development, the paper tries to analyze from the point of the internal control. The paper gave suggestions for internal control improvement in company A which was supported by the latest theoretical guidelines.There’re five chapters in the paper. The first chapter was about introduction, including the background, meaning, thought and methods. The second chapter talked about the internal control theory, including the general idea, theory development, principles, the content and methods etc., which provided the theoretical base for the internal control improvement. The third chapter gave the general ideas, focused on control weakness analysis. The fourth chapter gave solution for the internal control improvement. The last chapter made an overall conclusion and gave further expectation.
