A Study On Credit Risk Analyzing Model Of Small-and-Medium-Sized Enterprises

In the aftermath of the international financial crisis,the global economic recovery is slow.The environment for SMEs is not optimistic. But the openness of the financial markets is increasing,financial innovation means and tools are numerous. Under the complex economic environment and intense competition in the industry,commercial bank attaches great importance to prevent credit risk,hoping to establish an effective system to identify credit risk control,judgment,warning,and resolve corporate credit risk,in order to reduce unnecessary loss.This article compares and analyzes the domestic and international credit risk assessment methodology,combined with domestic SMEs own characteristics,selects Logistic regression model for the empirical analysis of the sample companies.At last,we find a suitable model for SME credit risk assessment.We hope this model can provide an accurate assessment of commercial banks in SME credit risk, and estimate the risk.On the one hand,commercial bank can provide an overall analysis and grasp the ideas and methods of SME credit risk;on the other hand, this model can help good SMEs to obtain bank credit.In this paper,the data come from the commercial bank.we cut out the bad samples in order to improve the accuracy of the model to predict.The first part introduces the research background, purpose and significance,research methods,ideas, innovation, domestic and international research overview and assessment;the second part focuses on the credit risk of SMEs and the problems of current risk assessment;the third part is the establishment of SME credit risk assessment model;the fourth part is mainly SME credit risk assessment model application and evaluation;the fifth part is the conclusions and recommendations.
