In recent twenty years, Along with the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, more and more foreign companies have set up R & D centers in China. At the same time, we are entering a new era, in this era, the market in developed country become increasingly saturated, In this context, R&D will bring less and less profit in these countries. More and more R&D activities have happened in developing countries such as china. Great changes have taken place in China during these years. More and more kinds of products have been showed in Chinese marketing, so that how to choose strategy for fitting developed country and developing country has became the subject of many multinational corporations.The topics of this article are designed as research the E Company(The Second Largest Of Company) R & D strategic adjustment, through the analysis of the internal and external environment faced by the E Company, combined with modern strategic management theory, strategic analysis tools, make practical research and development in China and strategic planning. I also hope that through this case, be able to find a suitable R&D strategy for China’s national conditions, reverse the process of innovation, to provide a reference for other multinationals reverse innovation strategy.This paper firstly reviewed the relevant R&D management theory and the basic situation of Company E is facing. Secondly, did in-depth analysis of Company E driving force for the establishment of R & D institutions in China from both external and internal factors. Thirdly, introduced the R & D strategy in China now and then from the macro-environment, cultural differences, technical level, the level of R & D management and R & D personnel stability problem five angels to analyze E Company’s existing R & D strategy, so that we must to select a new strategy to meet the current situation. Then I did SWOT analysis and complete to match strategy, given the overall development strategy of the E Company – growth strategy; under the guideline of this strategy, I select offensive strategy as R&D strategy and set strategic goal. Finally, develop a strategy for the implementation of the strategy, implementation steps and measures to ensure the implementation process, and identify and assess possible risks, targeted to develop coping strategies to protect the completion of the company’s target.
