Information technology accelerates new media time, which made tourism destination have obvious advantages in tourism information collecting、obtaining、 transmission and trade. Playing its advantage helps satisfying tourists’need and developing economic of tourism destination. This article tries to construct tourism destination new media marketing by analyzing new media marketing theories and tourism destination marketing theories as well as interactions during tourism activities among government, enterprise and tourists, which has universal application.New media is based on computer information process technology, by the way of wire/wireless/satellite network, it transmits digital text、sound and picture. Now the authors all agree with the fourth and fifth media as the new media, which is network media and mobile-phone media. They are the main new media marketing of tourism destination and this article also uses this definition. Adopting text analytic method, system analysis method and investigating method, combining direct-marketing, database-marketing and integrated marketing, this paper also discussed background、demand and advantage of tourism destination, they are the basic theories of tourism destination new marketing. The key point of this paper is constructing new media marketing system, promoting new media marketing in Guilin International Resort and intelligent tourism in tourism destination.Construction of tourism destination new media marketing is based on interaction of government、enterprise and tourists, among these, which tourist information collection is corresponding with database platform, choice is corresponding with new media marketing and purchase is corresponding with e-commerce platform. Database platform is composed of tourism resources、tourists and the other information, new media platform concludes network media and mobile-phone media, while e-commerce platform has B2C,O2O, C2C, operation business and the third party electronic commerce platform. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote new media marketing from the aspects of ideological concept, policy and law, people of ability, as well as information technology, which is the influence factors.This paper makes an empirical study by constructing Guilin International Resort new media marketing system. Firstly, research database platform, new media platform and e-commerce platform, find the problems from the general status of Guilin International Resort and each new media marketing platform.compare with the other tourism destination, and provide the realistic basis for constructing new media marketing in Guilin International Resort. Secondly,according to the present situation, put up countermeasures and suggestions about how to construct Guilin International Resort new media marketing system. Finally, put forward some countermeasures to promote new media marketing from the aspects of ideological concept,policy and law,people of ability,as well as information technology.
