Leadership and management is an important content of enterprise management. In strengthening the management team today, how to explore the potential of the team, to achieve the management optimization, to create greater economic benefits for the enterprise, is the key to enterprise management. Distributed management due to its superiority in the enterprise management, has played a huge role, it shows the research in the field of a new leadership. In the face of the complex dynamic environment, a distributed management is to optimize the decision-making, promote employees to participate in important knowledge management model. QL catalyst testing workshop is still using the centralized management, but because the employees regardless of age or cultural level, there are differences, especially after 80 young people, their relative to the old staff, has a high cultural level, the thought is active, dare to dare to do so has said, but there is also working initiative, is not easy to manage etc. Therefore, in this environment,adopts the distributed management shows its superiority. This paper thinks, should implement the distributed management mode in knowledge team, by making the leading role according to the change of situation and tasks of team members personal strengths and dynamic change, to motivate members to participate in the leadership of the desire, more effective personal expertise, in order to improve the accuracy of decision-making, to promote knowledge innovation organization, in order to keep the competitive advantage of the organization. This article mainly from the distributed management mode, incentive theory, through the analysis of the current situation of laboratory management workshop,take the form of the contest are compared to the centralized management and distributed management, use the way of performance evaluation proves that testing workshop take advantages of distributed tubes, for the future to further improve the management level of laboratory workshop foundation.
