The real estate industry has vital role to the economic development, and it is one of the pillar industries of national economy. While creating employment opportunities, it also can promote the development of other related industries. Since the implementation of the property system reform in our country, house prices rise sharply. Although the ordinary people are generally believe that real estate prices in our country are far beyond the ability to afford, however, whether there exist real estate bubble "in China has been in a debate. Foreign experience shows that the real estate bubble is harmful to the country. Whether the real estate market develops healthily, and whether there is the trend of a bubble, is related to whether the national economy can develops healthily. Determine the condition of the current real estate market in China in a correct way will help us take effective measures to prevent and suppress bubbles, and make it possible to minimize the damage, which has important practical meaning.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part briefly introduces the research background and research methods, reviews the domestic and foreign research of the real estate bubble. The second part introduces the concept of real estate bubble and the measure to judge bubble. The third part introduces the typical cases of real estate bubble in the United States, Spain and Japan, and analyzes the enlightenment. The fourth part makes the empirical analysis on the current situation of the real estate market in China with related data. The fifth part discusses the reasons and harms of the real estate bubble in China. The sixth part puts forward some suggestions to promote the healthy development of the real estate market in China based on the above analysis.
