The Research About Food Safety Supervison Of Administrative Accountability In China

Food safety is closely related to our each person’s life, because it is directly related to the safety of life and health of the people,also is related to the harmonious and stable development of the whole society, therefore,food safety regulatory problems received wide attention from all walks of life.In recent years,with the constant exposure of food safety events,the food safety which related to people’s lives and health has affects everyone’s fragile nerves, people can not help but ask:can we eat?what is safe?Although in rencent years our government continuously strengthen food safety supervision work,and achieved certain results,but the major food safety incidents still happen,this shows that the general situation of food safety in China is not optimistic,the food safety events is not an accident,it directly reflects many problems of food safety regulation,and as a result in one of the main causes of the food safety incident,food safety regulatory functions of dereliction of duty,negative behavior such as not even as,responsible for food safety incidents happened.Based on the food safety supervision of administrative accountability as the research object,using literature analysis,case analysis and normative study,etc.,as according to the case study,ask questions,the research train of thought to solve the problem, to analysis of the current our country food safety problems existing in the supervision of administrative asscountability and targeted policies and suggestions are put forword. Text is divided into four parts:basic theory expound respectively;introduces current situation;analysis of the problems;finally,in view of existing problems,and proposes the corresponding perfect measures.
