| Electric Power Design Institutes are electric power industry design enterprises in the construction of national power, which provide power grid, power supply and distribution building design, consulting, technology services. They play an important role on national economic development. Internal power design industry also begins to increasingly fierce competition with the advance of electric power enterprise system reform in China. The problems which Electric Power Design Institute urgently need address are how to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges of the market and competitors, from project management to carry out the design, procurement, construction, general contracting of the entire process, thereby enhancing their core competitiveness.From the perspective of project management, this thesis focuses on a number of bottlenecks which Electric Power Design Institute in general contracting management model adopted encountered. By comparing the international advanced management experiences and in-depth analysis of how these factors affect the project schedule, quality, cost, etc, the dissertation propose the solutions to the problems of suggestion and plan accordingly, which are verified through the project cases. |
