Research background is public fund industry into a stable period of development, in the preparatory period of the fund company as the industry’s new entrants to obtain the advantage.Purpose of this paper is to study new Fund companies raised funds in the current competitive landscape in the industry how to choose the product with its own distinctive strategies to achieve the establishment of the company is to achieve leapfrog development.Framework of this study is mainly on Chinese fund market products Analysis on Chinese development process and Fund companies do systematic combing competition authorities, after which the company proposed new fund product strategy, product strategy and proposed safeguards proposed factors.Innovation of this paper lies in the mutual fund industry in our country has made a product perspective meticulous combing, and carried out a thorough international comparison and analysis of industry trends, analyze a forward-looking perspective, in addition to the product strategy formulation process to make the system analytical, well-founded.The downside is that this country is currently less data sample companies raised funds, and no conclusions on this empirical test.
