The industrial structure is an important sign to measure the level of economic development of a country or region.Industry structure is reasonable determines whether the economy of the country or area growth rapidly.Analysis of factors influencing the evolution of the industrial structure, which can make us deeply understand the main motive force of the economic development of a country.More channels and methods to let us know makes industrial structure optimization.Since the central and East European countries joined the EU,it’s economic development has been paid much attention.On the whole,market economic transition in central and Eastern European countries relatively successful.They set up the market economy system in high level,and after joining the EU countries in central and Eastern Europe have achieved rapid economic growth.But how the central and Eastern European countries to change the industrial structure after joined the EU? What are the factors affecting the change and dynamic? To give attention and in-depth empirical analysis, can help us more comprehensive, objective assessment of central and Eastern European countries economic transformation and development, especially the overall effect to those countries by joined the EU.In order to research for more in-depth, detailed,this study selected the first batch in 2004 to join the EU eight countries in Eastern Europe as the research object.Based on a lot of practical data analysis of the evolution of the industrial structure of these countries with economies in transition in the process of joining the European Union, with emphasis on analysis of many factors affecting the change of industrial structure.The research mainly adopts the model of standard industrial structure of Chanari, the correlation of these factors and the development of the industrial structure has carried on the empirical analysis.This thesis consists of five parts, the specific contents are as follows:Introduction. The first is the meaning and value of clear topic, then systematically the existing related researches, finally is clear the research methods and innovations.The first chapter, the background and the initial conditions of industrial structure evolution of Eastern European countries.Background is mainly the development direction of the central and East European countries in the late 80’s early 90 last century’political upheaval and select "return to Europe", from the planned economy to the market economy system transformation and the development of economic globalization trend.The initial condition is the central and Eastern European countries’ industrial structure before the economic transformation and joined the EU.Countries in central and Eastern Europe is clear industrial structure changes in the basis of how, this can better compared the difference between before the transformation and after.The second chapter, analysis of the transformation of Eastern European countries in the industrial structure evolution tendency until now. This part is the specific analysis of eight countries in Eastern Europe in the period of economic transformation of the industrial structure evolution, a detailed description of the overall structure of the eight countries in the three industries and internal concrete composition.The third chapter, the evolution of Eastern European countries in the industrial structure influencing factors empirical analysis and supplementary.This chapter from the per capita GDP, net flow, foreign aid funds, patent number, population and whether to join the EU eight explanatory variables on central and East European eight countries agriculture, industry and service industry structure evolution of three influence factors,comprehensive observation the impacts of various countries in central and Eastern Europe in the factors of industrial structure evolution.At the same time supplement to the Eastern European countries in the evolution of industrial structure influence factors.In order to make up for the deficiencies in empirical analysis, the final part of this chapter further capital from the national policy, resource endowment, human in three aspects analyzes the evolution and development trend of industrial structure in the Eastern European countries.The fourth chapter is the conclusion and the enlightenment to our country.
