Since 2013, investors have been focusing on money market fund,which lead to the rapid development of these kind of products launched by mutual fund company to seize market share.However, money market fund products are barely different in product design among Chinese mutual fund firms, and this situation will not be changed within a short time.In comparison,to improve the service quality will be much easier and effective. The differentiation of service quality often depends on customer satisfaction with existing products. Therefore, the feasible way to increase the competitiveness of product is providing better service quality. For fund companies, keeping the existing advantages of marketing service and drop off the disadvantages of marketing service may be appropriate to enhance competitiveness of product.Money market fund A of Harvest Fund Company was on sale on March 18, 2005. Investors did not pay attention to it at the beginning.With the rising of money market fund,this product was on top 5 in both size and earning.The product was recognised by investors because of the steady investing style and better earning.The consigning banks of this product are including Bank of China,China Construction Bank and China Merchants Bank. The former two banks are the main consignment agency.The demand of this product mainly comes from the customers living in Huanggu Dsitrict and Dadong District.In summary,this product is representive among the same kind products.Meanwhile,I am familiar with saling situation because of the internship. Therefore, we choose this product as research subject,search the data in some relevant banks of Shenyang area and use customer satisfaction to study the improvement of service quality.The survey of money market fund A of Harvest Fund Company, has significant meanings for customers, business and society: For customers, it can get real quality of service information and proposed goods and services needs. For Harvest Fund companies, it enables enterprises to establish a customer-oriented business philosophy and targeted to improve the level of service.For society,it will show the operation of our country and will form the environment of information symmetry.This paper is including five parts.The first part is the introduction, mainly to clarify the background, significance of this paper, research content and methods as well as innovative and deficiencies.The second part is the introduction of A product, including the introduction of basic information about the product, existing marketing methods of the product.The third part is the most important part of all, mainly on the specific process of this survey. Firstly, we designed the basic framework and content of the questionnaire, in order to summarize the qualitative analysis of five factors affecting customer satisfaction of the product, and then to the quantitative analysis the method by questionnaire scoring situations specific problems,which will cause customer satisfaction with the product to quantify, the next objective weighted method applied to all levels of index weighting coefficients given by the indicators and the right levels of satisfaction with weight coefficient calculating a weighted sum overall satisfaction. Then, the questionnaire issued and recovery. Finally, according to the questionnaire, collecting the data analyzed on satisfaction.The fourth part is a summary of the analysis on the basis of the third part. It is the the analysis of the survey data for A product in the marketing process and the reasons for the problems.The fifth part is the proposed recommendations for improvement, in order to enhance the product’s customer satisfaction, which improve marketing service quality, thereby enhancing competitiveness.
