| Being the biggest base of petroleum producing and processing in China, Daqing Oilfield firmly supports the economy of China.The output of crude oil accounted for more than 47% of the output of onshore oil platform in China in the corresponding period. Which play a significant role in safeguarding the oil supply. However, the development of Daqing Oilfield was limited by the reason of geological factor, technology, management and production in the long-term after the development in several decades of years and facing serious challenges and influencing the energy security of China. It is meaningful to calculate the productionefficiency of Daqing Oilfield and this will be benefit to settle the problems which are faced.This article based on current theories of data envelopment analysis. Selecting inputs and outputs to construct a math model to obtain the productionefficiency of Daqing Oilfield, finding the advantage and disadvantage by analyzing the result of model, compared with other oilfields to provide a reference for policy makers.First, used the method to obtain efficiency of each oilfield in 11 years. And compared the efficiency of Daqing Oilfield with others. Second, used DEA-Malmquist index method to estimatethe total factor productivity(TFP) index of each oilfield, decomposed it and compared with others’. In addition, estimated the tendency through the test. At last, summarized the influence of the production efficiency of Daqing Oilfield and put forward some reasonable proposals.The results indicate that the efficiency of Daqing Oilfield in each years are higher than others’. But the mean value of TFP index of Daqing Oilfield is less than 1, which means that the efficiency of it becomes lower. Moreover, the technological changepositively influences the oil production efficiency and the convergence appeared in this evaluation system. |
