Research On Evaluation And Optimization Of Investment Environment In Ningxia

A serious shortage of funds is one of the key factors restricting the economy in the west of China’s high speed development, in order to solve the bottleneck problem of shortage of funds, the investment has become an important measure of economic development and revitalization of the area. Ningxia in the northwest inland of China, although it is in China’s western development and the opening to the west bridgehead and strategic location, but in the current situation, the economic and social development in Ningxia is still relatively backward, the opening degree is still insufficient, the reason is very important which is the lack of funds, so we must increase investment, the scale and speed, to provide adequate funding for economic and social development in Ningxia, from this point of view, has a very important theoretical and practical significance to study and optimize the assessment to improve the investment environment in Ningxia.Based on the related theories of investment environment evaluation, on the basis of comprehensive and systematic, comparable and quantitative principle,from the four aspects of natural environment, infrastructure, market environment and social service environment has selected 15 two level indicators and 33 specific indicators to construct the evaluation index system of investment in Ningxia in this environment, based on the two perspectives of both hard and soft investment environment and investment environment analysis in Ningxia, using the factor analysis method and the principal component analysis method in Ningxia for nearly five years changes in the investment environment has done a longitudinal comparative analysis, comparison analysis of the present situation of investment environment in 2013, Ningxia and five provinces in eastern,Western four provinces.Based on the analysis of the data and the results of the quantitative analysis, combining the current situation of the development of Ningxia’s investment environment and related literature, this paper puts forward the optimization of Ningxia investment hard environment and soft environment of investment strategies and suggestions, provide a useful reference and practical reference for the improvement of the investment environment of Ningxia, rapid and healthy development of Ningxia social and economic power.
