Research On The Supplier Selection And Evaluation Of Muslim Catering Enterprises

In recent years,the catering industry is rapidly development and face s great challenges and opportunities.The development of Muslim catering trade has the same law.With the continuous expansion of the market,the Muslim catering trade has been faced with fake,fierce competition,supply chain management and other issues.I n these issues,the problem about how to select supplier is the most important.The supplier selection has a significant impact on Muslim catering trade quality and cost,which directly determines the market competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,it needs a construction scheme of supplier rating system to make a comprehensive,specific and objective evaluation of suppliers.This paper gives a construction scheme of supplier rating system,which based on a survey on the status of supplier management of HALAL food.In this paper,an example is used to verify the system.This article mainly from the following several aspects to explore problems:Firstly,the research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad are described.then explained the related concepts and theories.Secondly,this study described the current situation of the Muslim catering trade supplier selection assessment as well as summarized the existing problems from the aspects of the process ? indicators ? ways of the Muslim catering trade supplier selection assessment.And then,it has came up a supplier selection evaluation index system of Muslim catering enterprise by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to determine the index weight,after elaborated the influence factors of choosing evaluation index.In the end,taking a HALAL catering enterpr ises as an example has made a comprehensive evaluation on a supplier by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and verified the feasibility of supplier selection evaluation system.This research not only helps China HALAL food enterprises from the source to ensure that the product quality of procurement,r educe procurement costs,but also conducive to our country Tajikistan catering enterprises to strengthen supplier management,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
