with the rapid development of economy, the energy problems have become increasingly prominent in the world. The demand for new energy is particularly important.At present, the international ideal energy is nuclear energy, but because of the Fukushima nuclear accident, the public is cautious to nuclear power development, which makes it fell into the low ebb again. Thus, the public acceptance has become one of the most important factors affecting the development of nuclear power.Public worry about nuclear power is the lack of knowing it,especially for nuclear power enterprises to fulfill social responsibility.This research will put the social responsibility, stakeholder and public acceptance as the theoretical basis, and combined with the characteristics of nuclear power,It sum up the four factors affecting the public acceptance : familiarity 、 perceived risk 、 perceived benefits and trust.Through the questionnaire survey, proving the relationship between Nuclear power enterprise in corporate social responsibility and degree of public acceptance. The purpose of this study is providing the theory basis for nuclear power enterprises to fulfill social responsibility.At the same time, it also provides a viableplatform for the public understanding of nuclear power, and the public can support nuclear power development in our country, It is not only important for the development of nuclear power,but also in favor of the rapid growth in economy, At last, the writer based on the research results, and give some suggestions,whichhopping to provide reference for the policy makers and the workers of public acceptance of nuclear power.
