Currently, the construction of smart grid has become a top priority to the development of China’s electric power industry. It is one of the most significant reforms in history of power grid. It is considered as an important part of national power companies for Jilin province electric power enterprise. That company is actively carrying out informatization construction. With the use of information technology to transform the existing energy,it will maximize the development of power grid system energy efficiency, the action will promote energy efficiency and supply to a bran-new level. In some point, the electric power enterprise can satisfy the requirements for construction of a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, it will take an important step in the new fact of building the sustainable development of the beautiful China. Informatization construction, under the smart grid, will face many new challenges and opportunities. How to efficient electric power enterprise informatization construction is a problem in front of us. As a result, research on the information construction of Jilin province under the smart grid of the electric power enterprise is particularly important.In this paper, starting from the physical situation of Jilin province electricity. Firstly, the basic concept of smart grid and related technologies are introduced. The content of strong smart grid and the technology system, related the development of electric power and informatization technology are expounded. Secondly, the present situation of the electric power informatization of Jilin province is studied and the present problems are found out. Using the SMART principle to determine the evaluation index system of indicators, the evaluation index system is determined. Evaluation system is mainly divided into three first level indicators, it includes Integrated information platform, business application integration planning, safety guarantee system. Through the index system, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is applied for the current Jilin province to assess the current situation of the electric power enterprise informatization. Furthermore planning program of electric power informatization construction is formulated for Jilin province. Under the guide of guiding ideology and the principle of construction, the overall goal and total structure of informatization construction of Jilin province, including the business framework, are designed. Finally, Jilin electric power informatization construction needs to be more perfect. We put forward the corresponding countermeasures, which can be considered as reference proposal to improve their current situation for relevant enterprises and departments.
