Heilongjiang Electric Power Informationization Construction Evaluation Based On The Smart Grid

The smart grid has been the factor that affects the national energy safety and the strategy development in many countries. It will open a significant innovation in the grid, and informationization is an integral part and measure in this innovation. So, researches on the electric power informationization which serve for the smart grid appear especially important.On the basis of analyzes of the Heilongjiang electric power informationization development in the present situation, this paper finds out the insufficient spots in the Heilongjiang electric power informationizationdevelopment. There are many insufficicent spots in the integrated information platform, such as the outdated infrastructures, non-enough data integration.The major problems in the service application and integration are the lackage of ERP staff, undeep traffic integration, unbalance of the informationization devlopment in units and the late start of power informationization in rural areas. And problems in the safeguard system are weak defense capacity in the information security,and backwardness in operating and controlling information.According to the insufficient spots above, this paper makes electric informationization construction plans based on the smart grid from three aspects as integrated information platform, service application and integration, and information safeguard system. This paper improves the integrated information platform from four aspects as information network, data center, integration services and information presention.And also,it makes plans about the service application and integration from aspects as service application and integration, smart decision and analysis.According to SMART principle,this paper selects Heilongjiang eletric informationization evaluation index system.It selects fourteen second-level indexes from integrated information platform, service application and intergration, and information safeguard system.And it applys the Fuzzy-AHP evaluation of integrated information platform, service application and integration and information safeguard system. Then it makes a comprehensive evaluation towards the Heilongjiang electric power informationization construction.The result shows that the Heilongjiang electric power informationization construction is fine, and it could serve for the smart grid well. This article would provide certain support for the Heilongjiang electric power informationization construction.
