Since China’s reform and opening up, the impact of China’s foreign trade amount is becoming more and more important, not only to itself but also the whole World. The total imports and exports amount exceeded 2 trillion in 2007,3 trillion in 2011 and 4 trillion in 2013. Accompanied by a large surge in China’s total foreign trade, trade relations between China and South Korea also changed dramatically. South Korea and China have a similarity in many ways. Since the diplomatic relations was established by the two countries, they communicated more and more frequently. With the globalization, an external condition was founded for the trade. With the steady expansion of trade, China has been South Korea’s largest trading partner, and South Korea become China’s third largest trading partner. Such rapid growth in trade will inevitably get some problems. Based on the analysis of China’s current economic situation, the history of trade between South Korea and China, we can immediately identify the existence of some significant issues, such as imbalance in the trade, unreasonable commodity structure and risk of exchange rate changes. After these,we will give some reasonable solutions, such as pay attention to the trade reform and the free trade zone.
