The Centralized Procurement Management And Case Analysis Based On Supply Chain Optimization Under The Background Of Globalization

With the development of economic globalization, enterprises are faced with more competition and challenge. Competition modes change to the competition of supply chain from the technical competition, the traditional market competition and product competition. After China join to the WTO, the domestic market gradually open to the world. China enterprises also begin to accelerate towards the international market, which will face with more international competition. To the manufacturing enterprise of Stone Company, along with the expansion of business internationalization and facing the challenge of globalization background, how to build a supply chain management system in the global scope and effective performance evaluation, is particularly important. Centralized purchasing as an important part of supply chain management, is very important to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and the overall performance. In the background of stone company and the centralized procurement management of supply chain optimization problem oriented, this paper analyzed some strategies to solve the problems, and achieved certain results.This article invests a large number of domestic and foreign data about supply chain, supply chain management and centralized procurement management. Firstly, this paper expounds the basic concept of supply chain, supply chain management and centralized procurement management, including the development, structure and main features of supply chain and supply chain management, the centralized procurement theory and specific business process of centralized procurement. Then, analysis of the Balanced Score Card Model,Supply Chain Operations Reference Model, and the BSC-SCOR Mode which combines with the respective advantages of the two models. According to the characteristics of BSC-SCOR model, we design the supply chain performance evaluation index system. Finally, analysis the status of supply chain management and centralized procurement business of Stone Company. Combined with BSC-SCOR Supply chain performance evaluation model and supply chain performance evaluation index system, and from the Four aspects of the financial perspective, customer perspective, and the angle and the business process of centralized procurement, this paper Carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of the performance of the whole supply chain performance and centralized procurement performance in Stone Company, and put forward our own evaluation and suggestions to Stone Company about the centralized procurement management.With the implementation of the "going out" strategy, the Stone Company will face more challenges. Through this research, make the Stone Company understand the situation of supply chain management and centralized procurement management, which provides academic support for improvement of Stone Company centralized purchasing. We hope this study of the centralized procurement management can call the Stone Company’s attention, and can help to reduce operating costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
