Supply Chain Operations Plan Innovation Study Based On SCOR Model

With the rapid economic development, many beverage factories have grown into group company in China, in order to improve the company’s operating efficiency and customer service level, it is imperative that the company implement supply chain operations planning model. This paper described the theoretical foundation for the company to import supply chain operations planning, such as process management, supply chain management and operations planning mode of supply chain environment, studied the management difficulties and innovation needs in beverage group companies, and then formed the strategy and process of supply chain operations plan based on SCOR Model.Finally, as an example of implement supply chain operation plan in the SCMC Company, analyzed the problems, innovation and the integration strategy, studied the organizational structure, information system and standard processes, reviewed the performance improvement. The results show that the supply chain operations planning model can strengthen the collaboration and improve supply chain operational performance, and promote the company management level.Meanwhile, the paper made a prospect in that supply chain operations planning mode may apply in other FMCG group companies.
