Chinese economy has been developed rapidly since entering twenty-first Century. More and more entrepreneurs and managers pay attention to Human resources, which is the first resource in the enterprises. Human resources are not only the key factor for enterprises to survive and to develop, but also a powerful weapon for enterprises to success in the fierce competition. College students are important human resources of the country, so the campus recruitment is an important way for enterprises to acquire talented employees. Human resources planning and recruitment are the beginning and foundation of human resource management of enterprises, which has an important influence on the long-term sustainable and stable development of the enterprises. Effective recruitment can promote the enterprises to achieve the strategy goal. But, ineffective recruitment is not conducive to the healthy development of enterprises.In addition, our country has been established the public ownership as the main body, with a variety of system of ownership developed side by side. Small and medium-sized enterprises have gradually become an important part of China’s economic structure, which is the consensus of the whole society. Although the small and medium enterprises have realized the importance of talented people, the present situation of human resource management, particularly with the existence of the recruitment problems seriously affect the further growth of enterprises. We have already studied the effectiveness of enterprise recruitment in the field of Chinese and foreign arrangement, but most of the literature are carried on the discussion on the effectiveness evaluation criteria of recruitment. There is little research on the factors that influence the effectiveness of the campus recruitment among small and medium-sized enterprises, especially enterprises. Hence, to improve this aspect of the theory and provide practical guidance on the effectiveness of campus recruitment among small and medium-sized enterprises are very important.Using overall and associated Philosophical views, this text has not only considered the. own level of small and medium-sized enterprises when studying the factors affecting the effectiveness of the small and medium-sized enterprise recruitment campus of Guangxi, but also increased other closely aspects, such as graduates, universities and macro environment. The questionnaire survey results were in empirical analysis by Using SPSS 19.0 software. First of all, using the factor analysis of eight factor extraction, followed by regression analysis on the degree of influence of the factors about the effectiveness of campus recruitment of small and medium-sized enterprises. Through empirical research, we finally obtain four main results:first, there is a need for the small and medium-sized enterprise recruitment to have a further improvement on effectiveness level; second, during extracting these eight factors, we have hypothesis and verification on each factor. Kicking out small part of less significant factors, and emphasizing the significant factors; third, Establishing the index system of factors influencing small and medium-sized enterprises campus recruitment and relative weight; fourth, putting forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises campus recruitment, according to the research results.
