Market competition is the competition of talents in the final analysis. With thedevelopment of economy, the demand for talents in all walks of life is becoming increasinglystrong, enterprises have no choice but continuing attracting talents to survive. As the beginingof selection of talents, recruitment is the first step to observe competitive advantage for theenterprises. The annual college graduates is an important source of social labor,the first setfoot on the "student army " is not only full of vitality and fighting spirit,the vast majority havevery professional. Especially along with the campus recruitment is widely used, more andmore enterprises will also be campus recruitment as part of their recruitment plans orpublicity plan. If we can make good use of campus recruitment of enterprises, will be able tobring the new development space.However, many enterprises campus recruitment effectiveness is low and it wastes a lot ofhuman resources, material resources, financial resources, but attracting to retain little suitabletalents, which seriously restrict the long-term development of the enterprise. Therefore, howto through the campus the most effective access to the talented person that the enterpriseneeds to increase the overall competitiveness of enterprises has become the most concernedissue.The research in the literature on the basis of the reading, and combined with the previoustheories and research findings, from the enterprise, college graduates and three levelsdiscussed influence of campus recruitment of enterprises effective factors, and then usingempirical methods, to study various factors on corporate campus recruitment effectivenessand its degree. Finally, combined with the LG Group case and our campus recruiting someexisting problems, and puts forward related suggestions, so as to China’s enterprises campusrecruitment to provide some useful suggestions.Through theoretical study and empirical study, the author obtains the following mainconclusion: determining the validity of campus recruitment of enterprises has positive impacton business factors, from strong to weak are: recruitment, job characteristics, organizationalattraction,occupation career management, recruitment of graduate job seekers to prepare;factors of each index on campus recruitment of enterprises effectively there is positive effect,according to their degree of influence from strong to weak are: work ability, job skills,professional knowledge, skill and quality, ability to adapt. The factors most of the indicatorson the effectiveness of campus recruitment of enterprises has positive effect, the extent oftheir influence from strong to weak are: University attraction, training mode, employmentwork. According to the research, the author thinks to improve the effectiveness of campusrecruitment of enterprises, not only rely on the efforts of enterprises, enterprises need to graduate college, candidates and three respects joint efforts.
