With the rapid advance of economic globalization, the concept of "public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation" proposed that the rapid rise and rapid development of China’s emerging enterprises, emerging enterprise in mostly small and medium-sized enterprises, is still at its early or early growth period.Marketing development of small and medium-sized enterprises is faced with not long too high attrition rates, it bring a lot of trouble.Therefore improve the marketing personnel’s loyalty has become small and medium-sized enterprise human resources are very concerned about the problem.So far, the study of small and medium-sized enterprise marketing staff loyalty is not too much, not to mention the empirical research.The intention of this article is in view of the above question, has carried on the theoretical study with empirical analysis of the mining influence factors of small and medium-sized enterprise marketing staff loyalty, considerably affecting factors, makes the sme information usefulness, improve marketing personnel in loyalty, better service for the enterprise.This paper targeted stronger, so consult a large number of relevant information, to step forward on the shoulders of giants, for some small and medium-sized enterprise marketing personnel to do the online survey and individual interview on the spot, on the basis of this puts forward research hypothesis and verification model, combined with using the data statistical analysis function of SPSS software, established the influence factors and the relationship between the marketing staff loyalty model, at the end of the paper summarizes the results of the analysis, put forward the Suggestions for the improvement of small and medium-sized enterprise marketing staff loyalty.Through the analysis of this article concluded that small and medium-sized enterprise marketing personnel’s individual characteristic variables of employee loyalty two aspects( the working principle of loyalty, loyalty) have different degrees of influence;Enterprise culture, motivation, leadership, promotion enterprise growth index, the influences of literacy is loyal to the workplace;Salary system, training, leadership validity, bursts of type of employment mechanism, the quality is the main factors influencing the loyalty principle.
