Research on the marketing strategy of real estate projects, and design the products according to the customer demand.Not only to strengthen communication between the real estate developers and the customer, but also can improve the quality of real estate projects and visibility, to set up a good reputation in customers and improve the project marketing competitive advantage. In the real estate market competitive environment, the real estate market research marketing strategy is very necessary, this paper is aimed at the GL real estate project marketing is discussed in detail.This paper describes the research background, the purpose and meaning of study on the marketing strategy ofreal estate projects, in a comprehensive review of domestic and foreign about the real estate project marketing strategy on the basis of relevant literature presents the research methods and research ideas and research content. Firstly, the impact of the new policy on the real estate market and the real estate project marketing,mainly analyzes the influence of the purchase of the policy, to cancel the purchase of real estate market demand of credit policy, the impact of changes in demand on the real estate market a comprehensive real estate tax policy is expected to impact on residents purchase behavior and the new policy environment for realreal estate project marketing.
