After three years of exploration,2010 Technology Insurance began across th e country.Guangxi developed Technology Insurance relatively late, at present there are still groping in the research stage.Science and technology development strategy is put for-ward by Guangxi, it is self-evident that the development of science and technology is the strategic impetus to Guangxi to build a well-off society in an all-round way. So promote the healthy development of Technology Insurance in Guangxi is very importa nt. In recent years, the rapid development of economic and social in Guangxi, technol ogy research and development, and the strength of the high-tech industry is continuous ly enhanced, which provides a solid foundation for the development of Technology Ins urance. At the same time, the scientific and technological enterprises need to strengthe n the risk management of science and technology. However, the current Technology in surance in Guangxi has not practical development, the CIRC, the technology departme nt and the major insurance companies conduct for high-tech zone, technology compani es. It is expected that the implementation of the program will be introduced in Guang xi Technology insurance in the near future.In this paper, firstly, identify and define IT risk insurable technology risk, discuss es the meaning of Technology Insurance, features and functions. Then, analyze the dev elopment of science and technology in Guangxi, Guangxi has adequate advantages to develop Technology Insurance, through questionnaires and Fuzzy Comprehensive Eva luation analysis also showed that Guangxi science and technology enterprises have a st rong demand for Technology Insurance, and focused on certain types of insurance. Intr oduced the Guangxi’s Technology Insurance is in research exploration stage at present, and without the development of Technology insurance products on the market. Analy zed Technology Insurance development in Guangxi is confronted with problems from t he technology industry, insurance subject to policy environment. Finally, based on then-own conditions in Guangxi, this paper combined with leading regional development o f Technology Insurance at home and abroad advanced experience, put forward the dev elopment of Technology Insurance in Guangxi the guiding ideology, basic principles of insurance. And points out that should be the focus of the development of science an d technology insurance field and primary coverage. From the perspective of different s ubjects, propose targeted and feasible recommendations.
