Research On Social Responsibility Deviation Of Guangxi Microfinance Companies

As a special company that operate financial products, microfinance companies have a mission different from other companies, Guidance on Microfinance Companies’Commissioning shows that microfinance companies’ basic mission is supporting agriculture, as well as small and micro enterprises. To a certain extent, microfinance companies have eased up the financing difficulties of agriculture, small and micro enterprises. However, as a company, microfinance company is facing a Irreconcilable contradiction between financial performance and social performance. Although state policy has repeatedly stressed that microfinance companies must support the development of agriculture, small and micro enterprises as far as possible, microfinance companies’client still has deviated.To make a research of microfinance companies’social responsibility deviation, I went to Guangxi Financial Office to collect data of Guangxi microfinance companies. After statistical analysis by stata 12, concluded that Guangxi microfinance companies’social responsibility has deviated. Then make a study of influence factors of Guangxi microfinance companies’social responsibility deviation, find that age, asset, capital ratio, ROA, asset-tax rate, interest rates of microfinance company has a significant effect on its social responsibility deviation. Based on the analysis above, several potential suggestions were put forward, which can probably improve the situation of Guangxi microfinance companies’social responsibility deviation.
