The microfinance companies in China sprang up all over the country since<About the microfinance company pilot guidance> is promulgated in2008.And then they developed very fast, becoming an emerging industry in the financial markets. The development of microfinance not only ease the financing difficult problem of small and medium-sized enterprises and farmers, but also standardizes the folk financial markets. And they have played a positive role to further perfect our country’s financial system.Guangxi province kept up with the pace of national and established the first microfinance company in2009. Subsequently, the microfinance company got rapid development in Guangxi province. But due to microfinance company is still new things, they appeared a lot of problems in the process of the development. If these problems can not be properly resolved, they must affect the microfinance companies’role in the economic development. So doing a detailed investigation about the present situation of Guangxi microfinance company, founding the problems in development and giveing some proposals and suggestions to solve these problems are very necessary.In this paper, through research the overall current situation of development of microfinance companies in Guangxi, and a typical microfinance company, I sum up the current the problems existing in the development of microcredit companies of Guangxi, and in view of the problems put forward improvement opinion. This article is divided into four parts:the first part outlines the research background of this article, and introduces the research of time, place, etc. Second part descriptions of specific to what the author’s research, including microfinance companies of Guangxi’s development situation and the development of a microfinance company. In the third part,the author through the investigation of the situation analyses the advantage of microfinance companies in Guangxi, problems, opportunities and threat. In the fourth part, through the operator’s perspective, aiming at the problems put forward solutions and suggestions to promote the development of microfinance companies in Guangxi.
