The twenty-first Century is the era of science development make a spurt of progress of science and technology, promote the vigorous development of all walks of life, the representative of which is the electronic product industry. With the popularization and update the omnipresent electronic products renewal speed more and more quickly, the electronic pollution problems are becoming more and more serious and has caused the various countries of the world with varying degrees of concern. China is a big country of consumer electronic products, electronic pollution obviously, solving the e-waste imminent.First of all, based on different conditions, disposal of electronic waste management in each country vary, based on the analysis of the current situation of our country specific research on electronic waste, electronic waste management from the perspective of consumers, found that consumers submitted behavior is the key to solve the electronic pollution. While the consumer submitted electronic waste problem research is essentially a behavioral study, this paper learn theory and social psychology behavior based on the reference of previous studies, and then puts forward the effect associated with consumer behavior and situational factors and Study on the construction of electronic waste recycling waste consumer behavior model, to carry on systematic research on consumer electronic waste recycling behavior.Secondly, the construction of the Central Plains Economic Area as the important national economic strategy, in response to the ecological environmental protection and the economical use of resources on the call, this paper focuses on the research of the capital city economic zone of Zhengzhou residents to participate in the electronic waste recycling act is very significant. And to the data for the study sample is through the electronic waste recycling in Zhengzhou residents to do the questionnaire survey.Finally, this study uses the SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software, two two interactive effect between through correlation analysis, regression analysis to investigate the influencing factors on the main effect of recovery behavior and influence variables; using hierarchical regression analysis adjusting effect investigation of situational factors on recovery of consciousness- behavior should be; difference analysis of the significant impact of variable and recycling recycling behavior intention the influence of demographic variables by using single factor variance; at the same time, in order to more comprehensive understanding of Zhengzhou city residents in the electronic waste cognition, this paper also made some suggestions on the descriptive statistics of data.The analysis results show that the recovery of intention, subjective norm, the knowledge of environmental protection and recycling habits of residents has significant positive effect; there were obvious interactive effects between behavior control, subjective norm and the knowledge of environmental protection and recycling recycling habits habits and perception; laws and regulations and environmental protection publicity for recycling recycling behavior intention- path exists obvious regulation effect; individual gender had a significant effect on the subjective norm and recycling behavior; individual age had different effects on the recovery of habits and recycling behavior; individual qualifications on the subjective norm, environmental protection knowledge and recycling habits were found.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the related laws and regulations, recycling management system specific incentive measures.
