With the rapid development of global economy, due to more categories and upgradingfunction of electronic products, people’s demands and dependence on electronic products areincreasing rapidly, thus, the number of waste electronic products (WEP) are also surged fast.On the one hand, this situation will lead to the a serial of consequent environmental problems,which has greatly affected the realization of circular economy, On the other hand, theelectronic manufactures are trying to deal with more complex issues. Such as, the networkenvironment has become more complex and inconstant, which directly results an urgent needto use a new theory and method to find a matching partner, which can avoid the risk duringthe WEP processing to some extent. The ultimate goal between network nodes is to get aperfect matched performance. What we need to research is to find which factors wouldinfluence the matched performance and the impacts of these factors had act on the matchedperformance. This paper tried to explore the influencing factors about recovery and reusingnetwork nodes for WEP by using empirical analysis method to enhance nodes’ matchedperformance, as a consequence, this thesis has great practical significance in above-mentionedresearch.Basis on the review of the relevant theoretical and combined with the actual situation,this article determine to make the scope into WEP field of this research. Meanwhile,authorwill construct the research model of recovery and reusing network nodes’matchedperformance and influencing factors for WEP. Except that, the article will implementsquestionnaire by the method of sampling survey and use methods of descriptive statisticalanalysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to test the hypothesis which show thatfactors can has significant influence on the matched performance. At last,the paper will showsome suggestions for the recovery and reusing network nodes of WEP, which can improve thematched performance, at the end of this paper, author point out the shortcoming of the presentstudy and the prospection of this research in the future.The results of this thesis show that the influencing factors have significant impact on thematched performance. Such as, matching-capabilities has a significant positive impact on thematched performance, while matching-speed has a significant reverse impact on the matchedperformance. Base on the conclusion of this thesis, author show some managementsuggestions for the recovery and reusing network nodes of WEP:Firstly, on the basis ofenhancing the awareness of cooperation, recovery and reusing network nodes should improvetheir own matched-capabilities, Secondly, based on fully using the information platform in the network, network nodes should accelerate their matching-speed.
