With the high-speed development of Internet, people have strong request for knowledge. Knowledge has become the essential factors to promote social progress, enterprise progress and individual progress. Under the background of knowledge updated, the enterprise must constantly apply new knowledge to innovate, to improve competition, the innovation of organization is from employees. Knowledge workers, as an indispensable part of enterprises, they play an important role of organization innovation, their innovation directly determines the whole innovation ability of enterprises will bring more added value for the enterprise, which is related to enterprise own sustainable development.This paper specified knowledge workers as the research object, using the method of empirical analysis, Studying organizational justice and all dimensions which affect knowledge workers’ innovation behavior. First of all to comb the existing organizational justice research. Second, to summarize the relevant research of innovation behavior. And then to define knowledge staff, analyze the differences between them and ordinary employees, after that review the positive emotion variables. According to this, through the method of analyzing the literature, combing the relationship between the variables.building a hypothesis model. The last,revising the existing maturity scale to compiling questionnaire, in Nanning, Kunming, Shenzhen, Shanghai four city sampling enterprises to investigation, getting 269 effective samples, using SPSS 19.0 to process the data of recycle.The results of the empirical study show, Organizational justice and procedural justice, information justice have a significant positive prediction function on knowledge workers’ innovation behavior, Organizational justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice and information justice have a significant positive prediction function on individual positive emotions, individual positive emotions has a significant positive prediction function on knowledge workers’ innovation behavior, Positive emotions play a partial intermediary role between organizational justice, procedural justice,information justice and knowledge workers’innovation behavior. The conclusions of empirical research have effective verified the hypothesis proposed in this paper.
